Moon Sleep creates bedtime stories and sleep audio experiences for families. This policy explains what data the app may collect and how it is used.

Information processed

The app may process account identifiers, child profile settings such as nickname or age label, story creation prompts, generated story metadata, purchase status, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the service.

Voice recordings

If you choose to use familiar-voice features, the app asks for microphone permission and explicit voice-use consent before recording. Recordings are used to create or manage the requested voice experience. Do not record another person without permission.

How information is used

Information is used to create stories, synthesize audio, manage access or quotas, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with platform requirements.

Children and family use

Moon Sleep is intended for use by parents or guardians. Adults should create and manage child-related content. The service should not be used by a child without parent or guardian involvement.

Sharing

JW Studio does not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to run core features such as hosting, audio generation, analytics needed for reliability, or customer support.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for the feature, account, support request, legal requirement, or safety need. Voice and story data retention may be shortened or removed as the product evolves.
